RETURN POLICY & CUSTOMER SATISFACTION



Customer satisfaction is my priority. If you are not satisfied with your order, I will do my best to correct the situation to your satisfaction. Because of the costs involved with returning products, it is always best to contact me with any questions you may have about a product before you place an order.

New firearms are covered under the manufacturer's warranty. Some pre-owned firearms may also be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. If necessary, I can help expedite customer service relations with the manufacturer.

No returns will be accepted without my explicit approval. Please contact me via email or phone in order to receive a return authorization. No returns will be accepted without communication.

Firearms I sell include a 3-day inspection/return privilege. The inspection period begins at the time of delivery to your dealer. It is the buyer's responsibility to inspect the firearm within this time frame. In case of a return, the buyer pays shipping costs both ways. This does not cover items damaged in shipment; you must save the damaged shipping box and file a claim with the appropriate shipping company. I ship ALL firearms insured. Any returned items must be in the exact condition as when they left my shop. Inspection does not include firing of the firearm; if the buyer does fire the firearm at any time during the inspection period, the sale is considered final. Inspection consists of external examination, functioning the action by hand, and checking the bore. No further disassembly is permitted, including but not limited to turning any screws or removing any punch pins. No refunds if you “just decide” this is not the gun for you. Refunds ONLY given if the firearm is not as advertised.

No returns will be accepted for firearms after transfer from your local dealer to the buyer. Firearms cannot be returned unless found to be defective or damaged upon inspection at the dealer. Please inspect your firearm thoroughly and refuse to proceed with the paperwork or transfer if you are not satisfied with the condition of the firearm. After the firearm is transferred into your possession, any warranty issue will need to be addressed through the firearm manufacturer.

Ammunition is not returnable. All sales of ammunition is final.

A 15 Percent restocking fee may be charged for any returned items.

Buyers Remorse - A 25 Percent restocking fee will be for charged items returned due to buyers remorse, spousal strife, or other unjustifiable reasons.

All returns must be new and in the original packaging. All accessories, documentation, and registration cards must be included with the return.

Shipping charges for firearms or other products are non-refundable.
