I purchased this revolver new a few years ago with the intent of hunting with it. I did shoot about 250 rounds from the bench over a dozen range trips, a mix of factory ammo and reloads. Definitely an eye-turner with factory loads! I always wore dual ear protection (plugs and muffs). I never went hunting with this one but it is capable of taking any animal on the planet.
Revolver has been cleaned. Bore is bright and rifling is strong. Some minor surface scratches on the finish. There are some burn marks near the front of the cylinder (these might come off with additional cleaning).
My opinion is an overall NRA rating of Very Good.
